Below, you'll find my seller policies on payment, shipping, etc. Please feel free to contact me if you are concerned about any of these and I'll do my best to clear things up and make it right.

Payment Policy

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Payment must be made before your purchase is shipped. Once payment is received, processing your order will usually take 3 business days to complete before handing your items off for delivery.

If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so before your item has shipped. If you request a cancellation before your purchase ships, then I will issue you a full refund of the purchase price and any shipping charges. After that, you may be able to initiate a return for your purchase.

Bespoke items are nonrefundable.

Shipping Policy

I use USPS for shipping of items sold in my shop for their reliability, global reach, and thorough tracking data.

Contact me if you would like to add expedited shipping for special handling to your order.

Domestic Shipments

  • Standard shipping uses USPS Priority Mail for prints & USPS Ground for sculptures and other large items
  • Usually arrives within 1-5 business days from the time of shipping
  • All shipments are insured through USPS for their full purchase amount

International Shipments

  • International shipping uses UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • Usually arrives within 2-5 business days from the time of shipping
  • All shipments are insured through UPS for their full purchase amount
  • If applicable, Import/Customs costs will be billed to you, the purchaser, with the amount being dictated by the Customs Agency of the destination country

Refund Policy

All items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase cost within thirty (30) days of delivery confirmation.

Items must be in the same condition as they arrived in order to receive a refund. A shipping label will be emailed to you should you request a refund. Items must be sent back within five (5) days of receiving the new return label.

Bespoke items are nonrefundable.

If your order is taking an unusually long time to arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to resolve any problems through UPS and/or any relevant government agencies for international purchases.

Additional Information

Please contact me if you are interested in ordering a custom piece of artwork. I'm able to design and produce a completely unique design for you, or alter certain existing designs into a bespoke print via color, size, paper, etc. Printing blocks are not available for purchase through this shop, and those used in custom orders are destroyed to ensure that the artwork remains one of a kind.
